Great service from start to finish. From my first call with Allie, to the electrical service performed by Brandon and Sam, which was unctual, skillful, and professional. Everyone I dealt with at LHR Electrical was very efficient and adept. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Emergency Lighting
How often do I need to test my emergency lights (E-lights) in New Hampshire?
According to NFPA 101 standards, emergency lighting must undergo a monthly 30-second “flicker” test and a more comprehensive 90-minute annual “run time” test. LHR Fire Protection specializes in performing these 90-minute annual inspections to ensure your batteries and circuit boards are fully functional.
What is the difference between an exit sign and an emergency light?
While they work together, exit signs provide a visual guide toward the nearest egress point, while emergency lights (often called “bug-eyes”) provide the actual illumination of the floor path. Both require regular battery testing and maintenance.
Does LHR Fire Protection provide E-light repair in Manchester and Raymond?
Yes! While we do not handle brand-new electrical installations, we specialize in the repair and component replacement for existing units. We stock common batteries and bulbs to ensure your building remains compliant during our visit.
Why did my emergency light fail the 90-minute test?
The most common cause of failure is a degraded lead-acid or nickel-cadmium battery. Over time, these batteries lose their ability to hold a charge for the full duration required by fire code. Our technicians can quickly swap these out to bring your system back to standard.

Our Clients Say
Posted on Paul DuclosTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company was absolutely outstanding to work with throughout our entire commercial renovation project. They are professional, provide a very reasonably priced service, handle all your fire safety needs, and are always there even in emergency last minute situations. We hired LHR Fire Protection to raise our sprinkler main in our warehouse space and rework the branch lines. The project did even start yet and one of our other contractors (not affiliated with LHR) broke a sprinkler head during demo. Josh from LHR was there within the hour to cap it off and get the rest of the building back up and running even though the ink from our contract hadn't even dried yet! They met all of our deadlines, were at every inspection on time, and surpassed our expectations with their impeccable service. Because we had such a great experience with them we are continuing to use them for our fire extinguisher annual inspections and know that we are in great hands. Thank you to everyone we worked with at LHR Fire Protection you truly deserve more than 5 stars!Posted on Barry SwansonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
